JUMPERS FITNESS
CPT, Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning Coach

About Me

Fitness has been a huge part of my life since high school. My love for weight training began in my football team's fieldhouse. I joined the Army as a junior in high school in 2003. In the Army, fitness is a significant component of everyday life. With 20 years of service in the military and counting, I have designed countless workout plans for myself and other Soldiers throughout my career. During my most recent deployment, I decided to get certified in personal training with ISSA. I earned my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification, Nutrition Certification and Specialist in Strength and Conditioning certification. I am also a Certified Athletic Development Specialist (CADS) with the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). While deployed, I helped many fellow Soldiers reach their fitness and nutrition goals. I plan to use that experience and education to help others like you achieve their goals.

My family and I live on a small farm in Horton, AL. My wife Charlene and I have two boys, aged 13 and 9, who are heavily involved with sports. I have been working with them to develop overall athleticism and some sports-specific skills to help them elevate their game. Being an ISSA Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning and an IYCA CADS, I can also help your youth athlete improve their game.

I primarily offer my services online by developing pre-designed programs for various goals found on my products page. I also provide more specialized custom training and nutrition coaching programs to those interested. Reach out for more information.

Thank you for reading more about me, and I look forward to hopefully working with you in reaching your fitness goals!
